Apps

Small tools that run in your browser, with nothing uploaded

Each app here exists because an article commits to it, and each keeps the same promise: a browser tab, your own files or your own body, and nothing sent anywhere. No account, no upload. The source lives in the repository.

OWL

The OWL apps serve the framework of the same name — Optimal Wealth and Longevity — which treats mind, muscle and money as three kinds of capital that compound when tended and decay when left alone. One app per kind, as they are built.

Mind

No app yet. The plan for the mind is in Planning to Age Well, with AI; a tool for it waits for an article that commits to one.

Muscle

OWL Sessions Shipped Thirty, forty-five or sixty minutes of exercise from a library of seventeen moves, each shown under a timer and a rep count, with a minute of rest between blocks. Described in A Session You Can Keep.

Money

OWL Planner Shipped A year of spending from your own bank exports and PDF statements, reconciled against the statements' own totals, entirely in the tab — the first step of the funds plan. Described in A Year of Spending, from Your Own Statements.

Specced, not yet built

Three tools committed to by Finding Your Next Job, with AI, each with a specification in the repository and no code yet:

  • Parse-and-gap — résumé and posting in, what an ATS parser sees, the keyword gap, and a tailored draft with every claim traced to evidence.
  • Morning digest — employers’ public job feeds, ranked against a one-page profile, as a daily Markdown digest.
  • Funnel — a CSV of applications turned into response, interview and offer rates by stage, source and résumé version.

Read first

  • Planning to Age Well, with AI — the framework the OWL apps serve.
  • A Session You Can Keep — the routine OWL Sessions runs, and how its clips were made and checked.
  • A Year of Spending, from Your Own Statements — what OWL Planner reads, the rules it follows, and the prompts to use once you have the number.
